This September was truly one of the biggest and most exciting times in my life. I was so excited to FINALLY share with you all what I have been pouring my heart and soul into over this past year. My very first book with Harper One—Life in Jeneral—launched on September 10th, which was also my 36th birthday! And yes, as you can imagine it was the best. birthday. EVER. I have been absolutely blown away by the love, messages, and of course pre-orders this month! Aside from that, it’s been a month of feeling gratitude in so many aspects of my life. I’ve felt support from fellow organizers around the world, my team, and all of you in this new season. September’s Jeneral Highlights

I was honored to be featured in Southbay Magazine’s Women in Business issue alongside such incredible, strong women. The issue is on stands now and the features can be read here!

We launched a new guide on LIJ Academy! This is the first of more to come, and it’s a 15+ page downloadable PDF guide on how to create amazing organizing reels to grow your Instagram. Oh, and it’s literally $27. Get it here!
Team LIJ had the most fun filled dinner at JOEY Manhattan Beach. I just love this team so much. It was the first time all of us, organizers, and internal team, had gotten together in so long and it was just the best of times.
I spoke as a panelist at the How To: Summit event for professional organizers held by my dear friends and founders of Home Sort! This event was such a great space for professional organizers alike to come together, commiserate, and build this community up.
I recorded the audio book for Life in Jeneral! One step closer to getting this baby out into the world!
We had another month full of LIJ Spaces installs! Our custom cabinetry line is functional for any area of the home. We’ve been installing garages, closets, mudrooms, kitchens…you name it, we’re doing it! I went to the cutest pop-up event — Shake Shack x Milk Bar — with the kiddos! The goodness of Shake Shack combined with the sweetness of Milk Bar…best of both worlds!
